The Tie
Architecture
Incorporating the essence of origami, I implemented the concept of a tie in my architecture designs. I intended to use the structure of the tie to reveal the fluidity of cements, creating an image of a distorted building. Using the symbolic structure as a basis, I developed a series of models.

Other Iterations of the idea. This model fully implements the shape of a tie, while the above model made some changes.

Some basic models made by folding papers when developing the idea. I thought this would be a good idea, as I was so inspired by a tie, which is a common shape in our daily life.
